Pete received his BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and has over 30 years of experience in polymer-goods manufacturing. He has served in executive-level finance and operational roles, making significant contributions in fundraising, financial planning, compliance, manufacturing process optimization, and ERP implementations. His career includes positions at Rip Curl, Quicksilver, and Arctic Foam.
When I’m not in the office you will likely find me surfing, gardening, hiking in the mountains or curling up with a good book.
I want to see Soleic technology in technical apparel and outdoor equipment as the synthetic materials used in these products have excellent performance characteristics but are a major source of microplastics.
I want future generations to inherit a world in which they have the choice to live sustainably without having to face the consequences of irreversible damage to our ecosystem.
