Analytical Chemist
Lexi Nguyen is an analytical chemist who received her BS in Chemistry from California State University San Marcos. Prior to Algenesis, she worked in a lab creating materials for the electronics industry. She worked on multiple stages of the development process, including but not limited to, synthesis of novel additives, formulations, quality assurance, and formulation scale up.
I enjoy hiking, making macramé, trying new foods, and hanging out with my friends doing nothing in particular.
I would like for our materials to become a part of the average person’s household. Replacing even a single item would significantly reduce the plastic pollution on Earth.
I would like to work towards a future where sustainable materials become the norm so our planet will continue to provide for the future generations of its inhabitants.
